Wook Retreat is a magical weekend at our beautifully lush venue in Veneta, OR. Over 200 attendees will be camping, glamping and enjoying an amazing line-up of music, art, and your booths all weekend long!

Our sponsors receive great exposure for their business from the glass blowers, collectors, cannabis enthusiasts, and artists of all sorts who will be in attendance from across the country.

Silver Level  $200

Payments

All payments for sponsorship and booths for the 2024 Wook Hash Retreat must be completed by May 15th, 2024. Payment of Sponsorship Fee by the aforementioned deadline guarantees you a spot as an Event Sponsor. Any person/company that has not submitted full payment by the due date is not guaranteed a spot and/or booth at the event. All Sponsor benefits are subject to availability. We will still accept sponsorship sign ups past the due date, but you may miss out on the printed banners, etc.

We would love to keep expanding glass culture by infusing it with the art and music scene to create an amazing festival experience! Our main focus is on making every event greater every time. We want to continue featuring high quality music performers, top chefs with the best quality food, and amazing venues.
